FOR PHASE 1 IMPLEMENTATION OF A REFORESTRATION, IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR THE SILVER HILL HISTORIC DISTRICT IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) for phase 1 implementation of a comprehensive reforestation, irrigation and landscaping plan for the Silver Hill historic district in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
