FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

eight hundred eighty-six thousand six hundred dollars ($886,600) for technology enhancements for the integrated instructional network at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county; and

one hundred twenty-one thousand eight hundred dollars ($121,800) for technology enhancements for the authentic competency-based technology-enhanced integrated versatile evaluative curriculum at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
