FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT DOUGLAS MACARTHUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state department of public education

two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) to install a grass field and improve drainage at Douglas MacArthur elementary school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
