FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO EXPAND THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND

APPROPRIATION TO OUTFIT THE TRAILER FOR THE REMOTE TECH ANDROS MARK 6A ROBOT FOR THE ALBUQUERQUE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

On the effective date of this act, the balance of the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection KKKK of Section 9 of Chapter 7 of Laws 1998 to purchase a remote tech andros mark 6A robot for the Albuquerque police department in Bernalillo county may also be expended to purchase parts, supplies and other related equipment to outfit the trailer for the remote tech andros mark 6A robot for the Albuquerque police department in Bernalillo county. The period of time in which this appropriation may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2006.
