FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A REFORESTATION, IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR THE SILVER HILL HISTORIC DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) for implementation of a comprehensive reforestation, irrigation and landscaping plan for the Silver Hill historic district in Bernalilllo county.
