FOR RENOVATING HILAND THEATER TO PROVIDE A PERFORMING ARTS FACILITY IN

ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($525,000) for the city of Albuquerque to enter into an agreement with the Hiland theater to create and renovate space and re-roof and insulate the theater to provide a performing arts facility for use by the seniors and youth of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
