FOR AN EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER AT THE SOUTH VALLEY CAMPUS OF ALBUQUERQUE TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the governing board of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to design, construct, equip and furnish an early childhood center at the south valley campus of Albuquerque technical-vocational institute in Bernalillo county.
