FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CHUPADERO-RIO EN MEDIO IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

one hundred twenty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($127,500) to purchase and install meters, level controllers and shutoff valves and to make other related improvements to the water system at the Chupadero water and sewer corporation in Santa Fe county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 3 construction of the community center in Chupadero-Rio en Medio in Santa Fe county.
