FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS AT RED RIVER IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for construction of the Enchanted Circle scenic byways interpretive center in Red River in Taos county; and

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan and design a master plan for the Red River ski area in Red River in Taos county.
