FOR RENOVATING AND IMPROVING THE JADE PARK PLAY AREA IN ALBUQUERQUE IN

BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the city of Albuquerque to renovate, landscape and install an irrigation system at the Jade park play area to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
