FOR CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF A GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION FOR SPEED HUMPS

IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

The general fund appropriation made in Subsection M of Section 41 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to the state highway and transportation department to construct speed humps on Moon street

northeast between Constitution avenue and Indian School road in Albuquerque in Bernalillo

county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the state highway

and transportation department to construct speed humps on General Somervell street, Domingo

road and Erbbe street in the Hawthorne elementary school area in Albuquerque in Bernalillo

county.
