FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FAIRGROUND FOOD SERVICE AREA IN LEA

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to improve the fairground food service area, including the installation of covered and lighted seating areas and extension of sewer and grease lines, in Lea county.
