REQUESTED BY

FOR RENOVATION OF THE CARLSBAD SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION BUILDING IN

EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to improve and equip the Carlsbad soil and water conservation building, including compliance with uniform building codes and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, in Eddy county.
