REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN EUNICE IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

seven hundred sixty-one thousand dollars ($761,000) to renovate the water line and repair tanks in Eunice in Lea county; and

eight hundred thirty-six thousand dollars ($836,000) to renovate the wastewater treatment plant and construct a storage lagoon, application system, final clarifier and lift station in Eunice in Lea county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty-two thousand dollars ($32,000) to purchase a first-response vehicle for use in the emergency medical services and fire departments in Eunice in Lea county;

two hundred fifteen thousand dollars ($215,000) to renovate and repair the facility for the pro shop in Eunice in Lea county; and

ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) to purchase a rescue unit for the fire department in Eunice in Lea county.
