REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN CARRIZOZO IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to improve the wastewater treatment plant in Carrizozo in Lincoln county;

to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for street improvements in Carrizozo in Lincoln county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($255,000) to renovate and construct the municipal building in Carrizozo in Lincoln county.
