1. On page 2, line 7, strike the brackets and line through "shall" and strike "may".

2. On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike Paragraph (1) in its entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

4. On page 2, line 16, strike "other".

5. On page 3, line 20, strike "a lump sum payment" and insert in lieu thereof "nothing in this section".

6. On page 3, line 21, strike "not thereafter".

7. On page 3, line 23, strike "become a" and insert in lieu thereof "be a past or future".
