Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 797, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Items 2 and 3 of Senate Floor Amendment 1.

2. On pages 1 through 3, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

4. On page 4, line 20, strike "five hundred" and insert in lieu thereof "six hundred".

5. On page 5, line 13, strike "one thousand two hundred" and insert in lieu thereof "seven hundred fifty".

6. On page 5, line 20, remove the brackets and line through "twelve" and strike "sixteen".
