MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE PUBLIC SCHOOL INSURANCE AUTHORITY TO COMPLY WITH TRAINING REQUIREMENTS TO IMPLEMENT CLAIMS PROCEDURES FOR ERGONOMIC CLAIMS PURSUANT TO FEDERAL WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million one hundred thousand dollars ($2,100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public school insurance authority for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for training expenses to comply with training requirements to implement claims procedures for ergonomic claims pursuant to federal workplace requirements. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
