1. On page 1, line 20, strike "Every" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as provided in Subsection D of this section, every".

2. On page 4, line 2, strike "As used in this section" and insert in lieu thereof "For the purposes of contracts or projects not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
