SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _2____ to SENATE BILL 624

Amendment sponsored by Senator Mary Jane M. Garcia

1. On page 3, line 12, strike the period and "No" and insert in lieu thereof "; provided that no".

2. On page 4, line 4, before the period insert:

"; provided that no such costs shall be paid until all required payments on revenue bonds are made and that no more than ten percent of the revenues collected in any fiscal year shall be used to pay such costs".

3. On page 9, line 11, after "municipality" insert a semicolon and strike the remainder of the line and lines 12 through 14 in their entirety.
