AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FOR NORTHERN NEW MEXICO STATE SCHOOL.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of northern New Mexico state school for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for instructional programs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
