AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for the south valley small business development center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
