has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, add the phrase "The tribal library program of" at the beginning of the sentence before "the library".

2. On page 2, line 7, strike the word "libraries" and insert in lieu thereof the word "librarians".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
