AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY'S HISPANIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to provide operational support for the New Mexico state university Hispanic leadership program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
