MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO MANUFACTURING TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER CLEANROOM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred forty thousand dollars ($440,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for incremental expansion of the manufacturing engineering special project funding for phase one operations of the manufacturing training and technology center cleanroom. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
