AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO FUND THE PECOS VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER AMBULANCE SERVICE IN THE VILLAGE OF PECOS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to provide general operational funds to the Pecos valley medical center ambulance service in the village of Pecos in San Miguel county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
