Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 15, strike "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

2. On page 6, line 5, strike "forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".

3. On page 14, line 24, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "Subject to the availability of state and federal funds, the".

4. On page 24, strike lines 16 through 20 and insert in lieu thereof:

"B. For the medicaid category designated "JUL medicaid" by the department, the income eligibility criteria shall be the same as the income eligibility criteria set forth in the New Mexico Works Act."".

5. On page 24, strike Section 9 in its entirety.
