SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number __1___ to SENATE BILL 375

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period insert "; REPEALING A SECTION OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE ALLIANCE ACT".

2. On page 24, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following:

"Section 15. REPEAL.--Laws 1994, Chapter 75, Section 35, as amended by Laws 1997, Chapter 27, Section 1, is repealed.".
