SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number __3____ to SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILLS 308, 373 & 485

1. On page 66, line 25, after the comma strike the remainder of the line, on page 67, strike all of lines 1 through 3 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study."".
2. On page 67, strike all of line 25 and on page 68, strike all of lines 1 and 2 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study.".
3. On page 68, strike all of lines 23 through 25 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study;".
4. On page 69, strike all of line 4 after the comma, strike all of lines 5 and 6 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study;".
5. On page 69, strike all of line 10 after the comma, strike all of lines 11 and 12 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study;".
6. On page 69, strike all of line 16 after the comma, strike all of lines 17 and 18 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study;".
7. On page 69, strike all of line 22 after the comma, strike all of lines 23 and 24 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study; and".
8. On page 70, strike all of line 3 after the comma, strike all of lines 4 and 5 and insert in lieu thereof "with a minimum statutory annualized salary to be determined by the legislature after further study."".
