Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 5, before the semicolon insert "and has a generating capacity of at least two hundred fifty kilowatts".

2. On page 4, line 15, strike "does not own" and insert in lieu thereof "owns".

3. On page 4, lines 15 and 16, strike "or owns facilities".

4. On page 5, line 16, after "person" insert "and has a generating capacity of at least two hundred fifty kilowatts".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
