SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _3____ to SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 319, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator William E. Sharer

1. On page 4, line 9, strike "and".

2. On page 4, line 12, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

3. On page 4 between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new subsection:

"D. the department to ensure that the cannabis produced for the program is grown only in a secure facility and that the producer of the cannabis provide an inventory of the product at regular intervals to be audited by the advisory board and law enforcement agencies.".
