SENATE BILLS 308, 373 & 485, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Floor Amendments 1, 2, 3 and 6.

2. Strike Item 2 of Senate Floor Amendment 5.

3. On page 15, lines 11 through 16, strike Subsection N up to the closing quotation mark.

4. On page 17, line 13, strike "elected" and insert in lieu thereof "provided".

5. On page 17, lines 18 and 19, strike "The school principal shall be an active member of the school council.".

6. On page 17, lines 23 and 24, strike "and on the public school's proposed and actual budgets".

7. On page 34, line 12, after the semicolon strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 13 through 15.

8. On page 35, line 5, after the end bracket strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 6 and 7 and strike line 8 up to the period.

9. On page 51, lines 6 and 7, strike "based on public schools' recommendations".

10. On page 51, line 8, after "department" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 9 through 11 and strike line 12 up to the semicolon.

11. On page 75, line 7, after the semicolon insert "and".

12. On page 75, lines 8 through 10, strike Subsection E in its entirety.

13. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

14. On page 116, line 15, after the period strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 16 and 17 in their entirety.

15. On page 120, lines 1 and 2, strike ", including faith-based providers,".
