Your CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 209

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 18, after "benefits" insert ", including coverage of all benefits required of health insurance under other sections of the Insurance Code".

2. On page 2, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new subsection:

"C. The rules and regulations shall provide that all employees or association members shall be eligible for participation in the plan.".

3. Renumber the succeeding subsection accordingly.
