MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR TWO ADDITIONAL CLERKS IN THE OTERO COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-eight thousand dollars ($88,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to provide salaries and benefits, supplies, furniture and office equipment for two additional clerks in the Otero county magistrate court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
