has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 20, strike "Rio Pueblo de Taos water adjudication lawsuit" and insert in lieu thereof "adjudications involving the Rio Santa Cruz-Rio Truchas, Rio Chama and Rio Pueblo de Taos-Rio Hondo stream systems".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
