Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 794

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 15, strike "possessed" and insert in lieu thereof "occupied".

2. On page 2, line 19, strike "possession" and insert in lieu thereof "occupation".

3. On page 2, line 20, strike "all" and insert in lieu thereof "any".

4. On page 2, line 20, after the word "taxes" insert ", penalties and interest".

5. On page 2, line 21, after the word "property" insert "for no more than the last 10 years".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
