MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS, INCLUDING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES, PERSONNEL, TRAVEL, SECURITY, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty-five thousand three hundred dollars ($155,300) is appropriated from the general fund to the ninth judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for funding of operational costs, including contractual services, personnel, travel, security, maintenance and supplies. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
