Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 685

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 15 and 16, strike "except in the area of distance learning" and insert in lieu thereof "and shall include in their curriculum a distance learning program".

2. On page 3, line 24, strike "except in the area of distance learning,".

3. On page 4, line 1, strike the second occurrence of "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

4. On page 4, line 3, after "indebtedness" insert ", and the inclusion in their curriculum of a distance learning program".

5. On page 4, lines 11 and 12, strike "except in the area of distance learning" and insert in lieu thereof "and the inclusion in its curriculum of a distance learning program".

6. On page 4, line 22, strike "except in the area of distance learning" and insert in lieu thereof "include in its curriculum a distance learning program".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
