MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO IMPLEMENT A YOUTH INTERVENTION PROGRAM THROUGH THE EASTERN PLAINS COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred eighty-two thousand two hundred twenty-five dollars ($282,225) is appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for the eastern plains community action program to implement a youth intervention program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
