has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Appropriations and Finance Committee Amendments 2, 3 and 4.

2. On page 1, line 14, strike "APPROPRIATIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "AN APPROPRIATION".

3. On page 9, strike Section 11 in its entirety.

4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
