has had it under consideration and reports same with the following recommendations:

1. Strike senate floor committee amendments.

2. Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendments 2 through 4.

3. On page 9, lines 16 and 17, strike "Eighty million dollars ($80,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Twenty million dollars ($20,000,000)".

4. On page 9, lines 23 and 24, strike "Twenty million dollars ($20,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Five million dollars ($5,000,000)".
