HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _1__ to HOUSE BILL 396, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative W. Ken Martinez

1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendments 2 and 3.

2. On page 3, before line 1, insert the following subsection:

"C. A gun show vendor or promoter shall not transfer or attempt to transfer a firearm to a person who is prohibited by state or federal statute from possessing a firearm.".

3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
