HOUSE BILL 390

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 1, line 19, strike "2001" and insert in lieu thereof "2002".

3. On page 3, line 7, after "department" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 8 up to the period.

4. On page 3, strike Section 2 in its entirety.
