Mr. Speaker:

Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 332

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 3, after "computer" strike the comma, strike all of lines 4 through 7 and insert in lieu thereof "systems operated by the division and used by other state agencies;".

2. On page 3, line 11, after the first use of "systems" strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 12 and insert in lieu thereof a period.

3. On page 3, line 16, strike "or information systems services".

4. On page 4, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection:

"E. An agency may appeal a decision by the director to the information technology commission or its successor agency.", and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
