BILL 317 AND HOUSE CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 347

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 9, strike Subsection C in its entirety and insert the following:

"C. Whoever commits theft of identity is guilty of a misdemeanor.".

2. On pages 2 and 3, strike Subsections D, E, F and G in their entirety.

3. Reletter succeeding subsections.
