Mr. President:

Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike all house judiciary committee amendments.

2. On page 1, lines 21 and 22, strike "one hundred dollars ($100)" and insert in lieu thereof "eight times the federal hourly minimum wage".

3. On page 2, line 9, strike "three months" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty days".

4. On page 3, line 20, strike "ninety days" and insert in

lieu thereof "sixty days".

5. On page 4, line 2, strike "one hundred dollars ($100)" and insert in lieu thereof "eight times the federal hourly minimum wage".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
