Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 128

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "CONTRACT WITH FORENSIC INTERVENTION CONSORTIA FOR" and insert in lieu thereof "PROVIDE".

2. On page 1, line 21, strike "contract with forensic intervention consortia for" and insert in lieu thereof "provide".

3. On page 1, line 22, after adults, insert "with mental illness".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
