Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 91

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

"Section 1. A new section of the Taxation and Revenue Department Act is enacted to read:

"[NEW MATERIAL] ADMINISTRATIVELY ATTACHED AGENCY.--The ONGARD service center is administratively attached to the taxation and revenue department."".

2. On page 2, line 10, strike "general services" and insert in lieu thereof "taxation and revenue".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
