• On page 4, line 1 strike "sixty" and insert in lieu

thereof "one hundred eighty".

• On page 6, strike all of lines 12 through 17 and re-

letter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
