Honorable President and Members of the Senate:
I have this day VETOED and am returning SENATE BILL
357, enacted by the Forty-Fifth Legislature, First Session, 2001.
This bill would limit to one
time per year the inspection fee on goats and sheep traveling from states
bordering New Mexico. I have already
signed into law House Bill 194, which duplicates the provisions of this
legislation.
